As you may know, as of January 14th, 2014, the state of New York is requiring all ammunition sales to citizens to be conducted in person and with a background check. So, that essentially means a resident of New York can no longer legally buy ammunition online.
However, New York has a provision to allow government entities who employ peace and/or police officers to by pass this requirement (you can read the document in its entirety here – http://www.governor.ny.gov/sites/default/files/documents/nysafeact/).
In light of this, we are reiterating our stance. Because we’re no longer allowed to sell ammunition to the great residents of New York, we will not be selling ammunition to any government entities of New York either.
Please know this is not a slight against any New York police officers, but rather a stance against Emperor Cuomo and his attack on our fundamental rights.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we’re still in the fight of our lives and we must stay vigilante.
Keep fighting the good fight, everyone!

Fantastic! Hope more gun and ammunition companies take the same stance. I’ll bet more police dept’s would rethink their opposition to the 2A if the rules applied equally to them…

One can only hope. We all need to stick together and take a stand.
